- Phone calls: the number you call from, when you called and for how long. Calls may be recorded for quality, and the recording is kept with the call.
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, ZIP code and project details, plus your email address if you add it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours keeps server logs, including IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure.
How it's used
We use it to reply to you, arrange a free quote, get your concrete work done, check the quality of our service and keep simple records of requests and jobs.
Who sees it
Your details go to the independent, locally owned concrete contractor who quotes and does your job, and to the service providers that run our website, forms, phones and analytics on our behalf. We never sell personal information, and we never pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long it's kept
Only while we need it for the purposes above, and never longer than two years.
